This is the season that we make the jams that we use in our ganache. And sometimes we just make them for fun. We start with organic fruit, whenever we can, but always looking for the tastiest flavor. Then wash, puree, sieve, and test, to create the best recipe for that batch. Our jams are deeply rich, flavorful, and beautiful.
But we don't make a lot, so if you like it, buy a couple of jars because you'll have to wait until next summer once we run out this year!
Liquid vanilla caramel. housemade almond butter crunch, and housemade peanut butter bars are now available! We create our own soft caramel (the rich buttery way that caramel is meant to be). We roast and crush peanuts and almonds, blend them with salt and brown sugar to create our peanut butter and almond butter. Big flavors, big aromas! Then with the almond butter, we add our cinnamon almond crunch for additional dimension.
All break into five pieces to share or enjoy over time.
