Tablet - Milk Chocolate with Speckulaas (Gingerbread) Toffee

Think of this as gingerbread on steroids.  We blend and freshly grind cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cardamom, mace, black pepper, cloves to create a deep, complex flavor which we add to our buttery toffee.  This autumnal confection is blended into our blended 43% milk Guittard chocolate.

Ingredients:  Milk chocolate (cane sugar, cocoa butter, full cream milk, cacao beans, sunflower lecithin (emulsifier), vanilla), spiced toffee (sugar, butter, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cardamom, mace, black pepper, cloves), less than 2% of cocoa butter.  Contains:  cinnamon, milk.
