Using organic raspberries, CocoTutti creates the tart raspberry jam that forms the basis of this flavorful, shareable chocolate.  We dot this confection with white cocoa butter and then airbrushed with our blended "raspberry red" for a cheerful appeal.  We add freeze dried raspberry to the bottom, lending the perfect touch to your red wine - chocolate pairing!
