Our housemade almond butter starts with roasting almonds to medium and dark color. Then we crush the nuts with salt and brown sugar. Separately, we create butter crunch with Kerrygold butter and Vietnamese cinnamon and top it with almonds. Then that gets broken and blended with our almond butter. We pipe this delicious blend into dark chocolate and cover it with more chocolate and decorate it with additional crunch. A grown-up nut butter treat. It breaks into five pieces to share, or savor on your own.
